The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The room, however, looked 'worn' and could have used some 'refreshing'. Ice machine was broken, and other signs of needed repair/refreshing noted. Staff was pleasant. Also of note: I specifically selected the hotel because it offered breakfast, and I paid for this feature. Although very apologetic, staff explained that due to weather, no food deliveries had been received over a five day period. No breakfast would be available. I am understanding of that, and recognize the absence of delivery my not have been their fault, but as a business owner myself, I would have either made alternate provisions or would have offered a small credit to the customer for the inconvenience. At a minimum, I certainly would have appreciated the offer. (Note that I drove 3 1/2 hours to get to this hotel - not clear how/why weather would impact their delivery.) Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
