"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

"Bed bugs all over the bed. Didn’t even stay the night. Left at 8:30pm cause the bed bugs were all over the bed. Will not be staying again "

"Our room was a non-smoking room, but as soon as you step into the room it wreaks with the smell of cigarettes, the sheets were not clean and were smelly, the bed was uncomfortable, and the heating did not work."
