The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs.
The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I mentioned this to the woman who "fixed" the door's batteries, but I do not believe that she actually called the plumber like she had promised that she would.
Overall, the size of the apartment was super, and I loved the kitchen. The TV was also HUGE and I really appreciated getting to watch some childhood favorites on the included Disney + account.
