Food and serving pieces, eggs, bread, juice, bowls, plates, utensils were not maintained and serving area was littered with spilled food , dirty dishes and in some cases no plates or bowls. Trash containers were overflowing and there was no one attending the area. Guests were engaging with desk staff regarding the condition of the area which they did nothing to address. Third floor ice machine was out of order so I used the stairs to go to the second floor....

「Things were good. We were in a handicap room which was ok, but the tub floor was very slick.Could use some non slick pads.
