「The room was dark and quiet so that was a positive. Our deadbolt did not work as the door and the jam were out of sync so the deadbolt would not go into the jam part. Not great. The breakfast was adequate but nothing great. No honey for tea or coffee. The outside of the building looked ghetto. The parking lot had broken surface, potholes, the curbs were chipped terribly and the poor plants were totally wilted. I know it was very hot, but all more reason to get someone to water them. 「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」
