I was locked out of that room and had to retrieve my items down stairs. I have a bad knee. The elevator was not working so I continued to lug my items up 2 flights of stairs coming and going."

Hotel worker also complained bc I used Hotel. Com instead of using the hotel for booking. 10/1000 would never stay here again.."
