"It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night."

"The property itself was stunning and our room was very nice. The standout feature of the room was definitely the massive shower. The bench seating made it feel like a private spa experience. We also appreciated the front desk staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. However, several issues with the amenities and service dampened the experience for us. We were disappointed to find that the in-room refrigerator was strictly for minibar use, leaving us with no space to store our own items. The pool area, one of the reasons we booked, was unusable during our stay because it was taken over by non-guests attending the rooftop party. To make matters worse, the bar staff were quite inattentive when we tried to get drinks. There was also trash outside of the elevators that was still not cleaned up by the time we left. The property has incredible potential, but the management of the facilities and the bar service definitely need improvement."
