"Everything from the customer service to the amenities were awesome, but one issue I had, and it was kind of a big one. The beds were too hard for me and my family, and thus we were not able to sleep well, so we woke up with back and neck pain, and were not well rested and we were all tired all day."

"Staff was amazing. We stayed unexpectedly after a friend's husband passed tragically. The staff allowed a late check out so we could have a counselor come to assist with telling her 12 year old daughter. The front desk/management team went above and beyond and very kind to accommodate our request. "

"I was under the impression that the continental breakfast came with the room price, I was unpleasantly surprised when I had to pay $50 extra dollars for a breakfast I had already expected to have available to me with the price of the room. That really bothered me. "

"The rooms smell dirty, the bed too small for 2. We only stop to rest for the night but with the nasty smell it was awful. "

"I stayed there with my husband and two small children. We were supposed to stay for two nights however the heat in our room was not working. We had mechanics come up twice to fix it, second time they replaced the whole unit and in the middle of the night it completely stopped working again. There was snow outside so you can imagine it was extremely cold. My son (4yrs) had a stuffy nose. The kids didn't sleep at all that night. We decided to cancel the second night. They said we would be refunded but I have not received it. This was during February vacation and it is now mid March. I've received no information and no response. Also to top it off we had our luggage plus our kids luggage and having no access to the second floor via elevator is so inconvenient! We had to go up stairs to the second floor with everything. Just seems odd for a family hotel. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed as Ive loved staying at the other doubletree locations. "
