「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. 」

「Bathtub was clogged. Bathroom smelled like humidity. I was on the first floor and needed to use the bathroom BAD. I asked the young lady if there was a bathroom on the first floor and she answered “don’t you have a bathroom in your room?” Well of course but can I make it there is the question.
I have been to plenty of Comfort Inn’s but this one was by far the worst. 」

「The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them.
