「Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch turned out to be the a wonderful, much appreciated, last minute substitute for our 2 boys to wrap up summer before getting ready to go back to school. We had planned and reserved accommodations on the Guadalupe river near Hunt. While our thoughts and prayers are with everyone effected by the flood, we are vert thankful you provided us with the perfect back-up plan..... Thanks」

「This place was closed when I arrived and the address on the expedia is not the same as the address on maps. Not even the customer service could get in touch with the staff. I hope this property gets taken down from the expedia website. The fact that I refused to stay here while it was closed Expedia still charged me.」

「For a hotel of this price range, there is no free bottled water in the room. You need to buy it in the lobby. Hope it can be improved.」
