Checkin was prompt and very friendly, and we love the fact that we can just back up right to our room door. Now...if not counting the value maybe 3 or 4 stars. Room was really not cleaned well...gum wrappers left on the headboard (pretty obvious) and some hair on the shower curtain. Office chair for the desk was broken and "almost" not useable. Bathroom is small and not a private area except for the shower and toilet. But again, we love the price and the convenience."

"The rooms were nice. Hotel was very clean. I'm still old school, humans are still the best. AI checking in was very cold and weird. Still would like to see a person behind the front desk. I'm 69 and didn't like it, my parents are in their 80s. They wouldnt even know how to do any of that. "

"im originally from that area and like staying at this place. This time not so much. Found all kimds of stuff left from others that have stayed in that room under the beds and blankets left in drawers. Outlets that were loose and arched when plugging our cords in. Curtains screwed into the windowsill. It was the worst stay anywhere for me in quite a while "
