「Jerry is an exceptional host, made me and my gf feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better location at Seneca Rocks to see Blackwater falls state park, Spruce Knob, smoke hole caverns and Triangle Rock. Theirs 2 restaurants and small essentials store next to the property walking distance too. So perfect, appreciate you Jerry!」

「Great experience! rooms are clean and cozy, kitchen is stocked if you’re cooking, we had our thanksgiving dinner there. Saw a couple of deers outdoors. 」

「This place is a scam. As soon as we booked I got an email from the "company" saying there was an issue with my payment and to rebook and they would refund the original booking. The payment had already cleared my account. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Needless to say we stayed elsewhere. Never ever book this place.」

「Very nice. Enjoyed our weekend.」

「We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again.」

「Beautiful place perfect for 2. The place was clean and comfortable. Loved watching the stars at night. Would definitely book it again.」
