「The property is old, rooms very small, cramped, there were significant stains on chairs and squeaky bed. The fire alarm in the first room would go off every 15 minutes or so and scare us. Hard to relax after a long travel day when that happens. We finally had to repack everything and move to a different room. Price was high for the situation.」

When I called they acted like I was an idiot well I'm a 62-year-old woman that wasn't about to fight a whole clan of sketchy strange intimidating creatures or whatever you want...

I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. 「The hotel itself is decent for a quick stay in a rural town. The downside though, is waking up to a live bed bug in the bed. I was mortified. The hotel staff did respond swiftly and professionally. They helped me clothes. I threw out the pajamas I wore that night. Of course my main concern is bringing any home. I’m hoping to get the refund they promised me. Be aware and always check your room for unwanted guest.」
