"First room we checked in stunk so bad we had to get a second room and that second room still had pee stains on the floor and hair in the tub, the front desk person was extremely rude we had forgotten a bag and had called almost an hour after we left about 9:00 a.m. and by 9:00 p.m. is when we got the bag after calling several times and that same front desk associate screamed us on the phone and then we went and picked up the bag head started screaming up us I would not stay here if it was the last place on Earth never been treated so horrible when you first walk in you smell pot I will say the breakfast was decent and that's about it"

" The police were called on us because my son is autistic and was making noise. Instead of trying to understand the situation, the police asked for my 3-year-old son’s name and birthday as if he had done something wrong, which was very upsetting and unnecessary. We were also told that the rooms are soundproof, but that is not true at all. The noise clearly travels between rooms. The situation became so uncomfortable that we ultimately decided to leave the hotel. Thankfully, we were moved to another room before we left. I’m very grateful that Gisele was working when this happened. She was the only one who showed understanding, compassion, and professionalism. She listened to us, helped resolve the situation, and was very apologetic about what happened. Gisele was truly the best thing that happened in an otherwise stressful situation."

"Room was clean. Staff was not very excited to work nor greet you as you came in. Looked like they rather be doing something else. "
