「Great service, large room, cmfortable large bed, adjustable heating in room and bathroom and all spotless.」

「After being told it is £5 per night to park i questioned this as it was not mentioned anywhere else. I was just ignored. Taken to room at top of hotel. 6 flights if stairs. What if I was not able. Never asked about my health. No AC or fans in room. Room overlooked another building full of seagulls that never stopped calling. Dead young on the roof. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries no hook on door for robes etc, dusty dirty windows. Breakfast was a joke. No cereals only 1 x type of drink...

「Only stayed for the one night room was big enough couldn’t turn on the shower but wasn’t that bad as had the bath and I’m sure if I had called them I’m sure they would of come and sorted it out staff was amazing very friendly would definitely stay again」

「Staff seemed tired, but quite helpful, breakfast very average and limited, had no fruit, and no real fruit juice. Noisy at night with people outside drinking and smoke drifted into bedroom if window open.」

「We love the breakfast freshly cooked from the menu, there’s continental from the buffet as well. Apparently need to do some improvements with the room conditions. The housekeeper didn’t get the rubbish from the bin inside the toilet for 2 days. Hotel located opposite to the sea with beautiful views. Free parking along the road after 6pm until 9am. 「We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer. 「Attractively restored pub with very comfortable rooms and good food. The staff couldn't be more helpful - we particularly appreciated the fan left on to cool the room ready for our arrival. Lovely walk from the front door to the old docks on the bay a short distance away.」

「We stayed for two nights in apartment 3 and were impressed with the quality of the room, facilities and cleanliness. The three apartments are in a central location with the railway station a ten minute walk away. In addition there is also paid car parking available if needed at the rear of the apartments. We’ve stayed in Lancaster on many occasions to see family and this apartment will be added to our list of places to go.」

「From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! 」

「Stayed in suite 2. Communication prior to stay was good re parking and check in which was as advised. Only slight issue was getting info suite which had very stiff front door. Lovely apartment , very clean on arrival with complimentary beer , prosecco and soft drinks. Information provided in apartment advised it would be serviced following day.
