"This property could use an upgrade. It looks worn, the rooms look outdated. The room was not cleaned well. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"We stayed here one night when bad weather caused a flight cancellation. The airport shuttle didn't work for us in either direction. We waited 25 min for pickup in 15 deg weather and never saw the shuttle. I tried to call the front desk twice but couldn't get to speak to a person. The automated message said the shuttle was running. We eventually took the Hilton's shuttle and walked over from the Hilton to the Best Western. The next morning we tried to get the shuttle back to the airport but we're turned away because we didn't make a reservation (it was full). We were never told there was a reservation. The "shuttle" was just a regular minivan."

"The place stated the breakfast buffet was until 10AM in some places but it had a closed at 9AM sign right in front of it and I missed out at 9:30AM. They also charged an extra fee for in addition to what I paid on Hotel.com for WIFI, the exercise room, and some other stuff I don't ever use. It was clean and comfortable though. "

"Great location. Hotel appears to be in midst of renovating. Our room was clean, however when we moved the coffee table to fold out the couch, there were bits of chips that hadn’t been vacuumed. We were on the main floor and I had didn’t get the best sleep this stay due to “neighbors” being loud and slamming doors at 12:30am and then the next night we had loud people on the floor above us."

"Staff was pleasant. My room could had been cleaner. Out dated furniture, bed sheets were stained. Had to ask for replacements. But overall stay was okay. "

"We just stayed in the room didn’t use any amenities. But while we were out for the day someone tried to break into our locked suitcase so when I tried to get into it this morning i couldn’t and there is marks all over the lock"
