Great and Quiet Centrally-Located Hotel

This is the second time I've stayed at Urban Alley, and it was just as great as the first time. I really like that it's in a quiet but nice alley off a major road. It's easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake as well as many great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was super tasty and the staff very kind. Also maybe one of my favorite things about this hotel is the furniture in the room is all solid wood with wood flooring. It feels warm and inviting.

お値段が安く、文句は言えませんが、滞在中には色々ありました。部屋の鍵が壊れたり、Wi-Fiがつながらず２日終わったり、シーツやタオルも綺麗とはいえませんでした。タオルはリクエストをして、やっと小さいタオル。もらいましたが、次の日には持っていかれたまま、くれませんでした。でも、スタッフの感じはいいので、しつこく、リクエストをしてみてもいいかもしれません。3人で宿泊をしたので、3人目のシャワーはぬるま湯から、水に変わるところでした。でも安くて、良いロケーションでした。

Bath room need attention . The bath curtain has mold. This should be replaced. It is just cost a few dollars. Bath towels are very old and should be replaced. It seem like the owner of the hotel is not doing a good job at keeping the hotel looked attractive for sustaining business for a long time.

1st room was disgusting, room hàd not been cleaned for days. We had thé sensation that we had slept in somebôdy else bed. 2nd bedroom was better but this hotel is more suitable for bacpackers than any other people. Very limited breakfast. No water. Ana is good but should be stricter on tidiness. The hotel felt sticky everywhere disappointing option even though location was good. dirty batroom. Dirty balcony to be at a reasonable price does not mean to be a dirty place

In a nice alley but there are loud disco music 50 ft away from hotel Hotel need major renovation and in breakfast time. 旧市街地内にあり、ロケーションは良いです。 8Fの部屋でしたがバスタブもあり、ゆったりできました。 朝食はメニュー表から選ぶ形式です。 チェックアウト時にスタッフからキャンディーをいただきました。

la camera che hanno dato a noi non era molto accogliente: il materasso terribilmente duro, ragnatele sul soffitto, lavandino con rubinetto arrugginito, vetri della porta della doccia abbastanza sporchi... la colazione abbastanza deludente ma dipende dai gusti, ci sono a scelta una decina di piatti tra cui fried noodes, fried eggs, boiled eggs... nota positiva il caffè, che loro chiamano black coffee, ha un sapore particolare, nulla a che fare con il solito caffè che si trova in giro per il mondo. nota di merito ai ragazzi che lavorano in reception e sala che comunque sono sempre gentili e disponibili e alla posizione abbastanza strategica nel quartiere vecchio.

직원들이 친절합니다.. 늦게 다니는데 12시 넘어서 들어가도 자다 일어나서 반갑게 맞아주고 그럽니다 1층에 묵었는데 수압도 좋고 청소도 잘해주고 에머니티도 나름 잘되어있습니다. 근처 주변 xofa cafe 걸어서 5분 기찻길도 5분정도 걸리고 하노이역 걸어서 10분 성요셉성당 걸어서 10분 호안끼엠 걸어서 10분 banh mi an 걸어서 6분정도 걸립니다 분보남보 걸어서 10분 정도 걸립니다 퍼짜쭈엔 걸어서 10분 딱적당한 거리에있습니다 강력추천 1월에 하노이 다시갈때 예약 할껍니다 아침에 주는 음식도 맛있어요

Can’t fault it

Can’t fault this hotel, staff are really friendly and the breakfast is cooked to order, the room is big, clean, the shower is great and the sit works.
