Comfortable and New

I'd say the hotel is within 1 month of being opened. Beds were big, fluffy and comfortable! The staff was very sweet. It's in a cool area, not really a popular area for the typical traveler. But an area that if you walk around you'll get some really good food at a locals price. If you want the old quarter it would only cost you a cheap taxi and 5 minutes before you arrived. Great place and would stay again!

自助早餐是自己煮自己清洗。網路段段續續，因為AP機器故障。機場接送有點貴US.15元。最嚴重是浴室水壓太小，天冷時還是不要洗澡。離舊城區不遠建議照錶計算比較便宜。晚上有點吵。

Young man at the desk was polite and responded quickly to my concerns but the facility was disappointing. The lobby was dark and cluttered, there were housekeeping supplies stacked on the landing outside the room, the bathroom fixtures were dirty, safe didn’t work and wasn’t bolted down, A/C was broken, condoms were provided but coffee or tea to have make with the kettle was not. Neighborhood is not very active after dark either, not much to eat or drink. It’s a dive, honestly.

What I like most about this hotel is the staffs. They gave a very warm welcome, very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and big, bed is super comfortable.

温水出ない！ 水圧ほぼ無し！ 部屋の掃除はされど、シーツ交換無し(僕の鼻血がそのまま(笑)) 階段照明1/3に常に保ってる。 朝、 ホーチミン廟に行く際、ホテル入口がロックされたまま、フロントには誰もいない。 ホテルの呈をなしてない

Unfortunately our air conditioning was not working properly in room 302. Staff did provide a fan which helped a bit but room was very h oh t and uncomfortable. Stayed in this toom 16 months ago and same issue. Staff were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again but not in room 302.

Horreur !

Tres petite chambre pour 3 adultes . 1/2 fenêtre ouvrant sur une minuscule colonne entre 2 immeubles. Pas de réfrigérateur pour les boissons, pas d'ascenseur, le temps de trouver en urgence un nouvel hébergement , nous avons redescendu nos valises et avons fuit cet établissement et perdu le coût des 2 nuitées réservées. Merci hôtel.com.

싸지만 장점이 많아요.

1킬로쯤 걸어가면 바로 식물원이 있고, 반대편에는 일주사와 호치민 박물관, 무덤, 광장이 있어 위치가 조용하고 아늑한 장점이 있어요. 바로 앞이 농림부가 있고 너른창으로 보이는 큰 나무가 시원함을 더해줍니다. 진관사 등이 있는서호까지 걸어 가는 것도 가능할만큼 그리 멀지는 않아요. 단지, 엘리베이터가 없어 4층까지 오르락내리락 하는 것이 조금 불편하며, 식당이라기 보다는 부엌이라는 느낌의 장소에서 먹는 아침식사가 다소 부실한 게 흠입니다. 바로 옆 건물에 식당이 있어 사먹기는 좋습니다 룹탑에 빨래를 널 수 있으며, 저렴하게 빨래를 맡길 수 있어요. 건조기가 없어 비오는 날 서비스에는 어려움이 있었어요. 그래도 싼 가격대를 고려하면 매우 좋은 숙소였어요.

Place is good but hotels.com misleading with facilities. Our booking showed 40 inch tv and safe in room but not true. It also says restaurant but they do not have this either . Please maybe add that there are no ground floor rooms and no lift for those who are not traveling light .having said that I would still recommended

Hotel was awful. Mould in the bathroom. Dirty linen. Staff very unhelpful. We were booked for 4 nights. Checked out after one night and went and stayed elsewhere.

Tu House was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, but not overly hard. The shower had hot and cold water. The staff was friendly. I was ill and they showed great concern and asked about how I was feeling. There is a great local restaurant down the street. It is a short walk from the Ho Chi Minh museum, mausoleum, and presidential palace. It is located away from the main tourist area so it is quieter though lacks some conveniences. I recommend staying here if you prefer something less crowded. I would be willing to stay here again.

We arrived late it what seemed a sketchy part of town but were happy to find the woman at reception spoke English very well. The room was clean and staff were friendly. We even had a breakfast thrown in. Great deal for $20!
