This was my second stay at Lucien and it was another great experience. The hotel staff are truly amazing and make your stay easy and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and it's extremely easy to explore so many things. Very satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer.

The staff at the hotel are the best I have ever come across. They are truly proud of their hotel and do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience possible - and all without the expectation of a tip. Truly exceptional. The location is right in the heart of old town so most everything is walkable. Grace organized tickets for us to the New Year’s Eve celebration on the rooftop, and we had an incredible view of the fireworks. We are highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed overnight and the rooms were not that clean. We feedback to the staff on the cleanliness issue and when returned later for a 2 night stay, the conditions of the rooms were much better.
