The place is perfect for solo travelers. Was initially confused with the building name as "Home Key" is not on google maps. This is actually accomodation by Nyna - situated above Nyna Coffee. Check in process was rather extensive with a whatsapp group set up but the staff were all very responsive. Hopefully, this can be improved to be more seamless for guests. There is flight of stairs to get to the space above and the room is not very sound proof so you can hear people coming up and down the stairs with faint music from cafe below. There was no washer/dryer in the room but the staff offered to help with the laundry. I saw a couple of other larger rooms on the listings which looked interesting as well. Worth a stay for a change from hotel if you are up for it!

This is a perfect place to stay in Hanoi Old Town area. It is close to the center and the walking street. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The house team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into this place again. The price performance ratio is very good!

The perfect place from which to explore Old Quarter. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The place is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the walking street. I will certainly be back!!!!!

I love the vibe of this place. A very local and peaceful atmosphere, really enjoy it. We only felt it was a bit difficult because the mattress was a bit hard but still highly recommended

A great apartment with necessary amenities, I feel comfortable and have great experiences here. In addition, communicating with the host is also very convenient because they are always ready to assist. The stairs can be an issue at first but overall everything is good :)
