室内にいる場合でも、スタッフが勝手に入ってくるケースがあった。朝食会場は客室数の割に狭く種類も少ない。周辺の同等ホテルに比べて味も劣る。朝一番に朝食会場に行っても食べかけの様な食材が並ぶ。何がオーダーできるのか外国人にわかる様に明確にすべきだ。洗濯物の無料サービスは非常に良い。良いところと悪い所が共存するので総合評価は難しいものがある。

12時チェックアウトなので11時くらいにシャワーを浴びようとしましたが、水でした。昨晩あれだけ暑いお湯が出ていたのに・・・。ここは少し残念でした。朝食のスタッフの英語の発音が良すぎるのか悪いのか聞き取り憎かった。

friendly staff
the hotel staff are very friendly. room is clean but the TV is bad. all are Vietnamese TV programmes and the programmes freeezed up very often make it unable to watch. the hotel located next to the main road, make it very noisy.

アーリーチェックインに対応してもらえて、とても助かった。部屋も清潔でキレイにしてあるのだが、浴室の床が、立ってられないぐらい滑る。ゴム製のスリッパが置いてあるのは、そのためかも知れない。また、2個おいてあったトイレットペーパーの内1個は、一度、汚れて濡れた床に落ちたことがあるようで、黄色く黄ばんで変形していて使えなかった。

安い部屋に宿泊したことも理由だとは思うけれども、半畳ほどの出っ張り(クローゼットでは無い)があるために部屋が狭く、作業スペースも、壁にへばり付いている、L字型の細長い台しかありませんでした。朝食は種類は豊富ではないものの美味しく、フロントの対応(女性スタッフ)も、とても親切でしたし、リンランに近いロケーションも便利だと思います。また、ランドリーサービス(有料)は朝出して夕方バッチリです。
