We had great interactions with all the staff especially Fancy at the front desk who frequently checked in with us. When we are traveling to a new country for the first time, we prefer to stay in a hotel that features informed staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and tasty meals. In Hanoi, the CLASSYC Hotel checks all those boxes and more! Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping was exceptional. They clearly hold themselves to a higher standard. They reached out ahead of our trip and helped arrange seamless airport transfer. And booked a terrific walking food tour. The breakfast spread is bountiful and daily housekeeping kept our room sparkling clean. We’d like to give a special shout out to Arthur who helped us navigate Hanoi each day. Stay here if you want a home away from home!

I stayed here for six days in September 20 25. Everything about the hotel is excellent! It is a small boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was outstanding! It’s in the heart of the old quarter so it’s easy to walk to things. The best part is the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They made my trip much better!
