The front staff provided a 1 page help sheet, but it was written in Japanese. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable."

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and it was a plus that many of them spoke English, making communication smooth and easy. That said, there are a couple of downsides to be aware of. The breakfast area gets very crowded, especially with foreign tourists, so it often felt more comfortable to bring food back to the room rather than eat in the dining area. Additionally, the rooms are quite small compared to typical American hotel standards, which may be a consideration if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or prefer more space. "I was glad there were no steps in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. However, there was too much rice and not enough bread. There were no seats available at breakfast by 8am. The pajamas smelled bad and I couldn't use them. They smelled like a man. I would like to stay here again, but I hope they will fix the smell of the pajamas."
