Stayed here with my two children. Exceptionally comfortable firm beds. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was very hot our first night there. One fan wasn't quite enough, but would stay again and bring an extra fan. My kids really enjoyed having swings out front as well. Host also directed us to other playgrounds. Very convient to the pools and eateries.

The studio was a little dated but furniture new-ish and bed very comfy. Site nice and quiet and only a short walk to the thermal pools The studio was spotlessly clean, lovely linen on the bed and Simone was very helpful

Very pleasant woman greeted us on arrival offered us extra options including what kind of milk we preferred. Gave us extra towels to use at the pools. Very happy with facilities

It had very roomy bedrooms, lounge and kitchen but for the bathroom it was a bit of a mission . Other than that it was a good stay and yes I would stay again

Very comfortable, in a lovely garden setting. Kitchen had a coffee plunger which was great for making breakfast coffee. Very close to both the spa pools and lovely cool forest walks.

Central location to walk to pools shops pubs etc. Great parking. Very clean motel room. Dislikes minor no instructions to work heater we finally figured needed to open its door for switches. Washhand basin narrows space for shower entry. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Hi Dave, thank you for your feedback. Yes, it is a bit of a tight fit to get around the sink and into the shower and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. However, we have put a sticker on the top of the heater, so it is easier to see where to adjust it. Thank you again and we hope to welcome you again next time you are in Hanmer Springs.
