「The hotel was clean, up to date, breakfast was great, parking and area was safe. Only downside was that shower was impossible to figure out and we finally just took lukewarm showers. I told gal at desk when checking out and she was very nice and apologetic and said that they would check it. We were in a hurry to get ready that morning so just needed to take a quick shower and no time to have someone come up to check it. We tried everything.」

「Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend! The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road.」

「If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.」

「The room was exactly not clean」

「We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror...
