"Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. "We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Room clean and comfy. Limited menu in restaurant (understandable given it is small) Although it has no parking it is very close to a car park charging £3 for 24 hours. The hotel is also very close to Hull city hall, Hull Connexion and Princes key. Ones downside, the scrambled eggs with the breakfast."

"We found the apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, crockery, cutlery etc., washing up liquid, scourer, cleaning spray. Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel. Located central for all attractions. We were pleased with the secure free parking on site, although it is on a first come first served basis as not enough for every apartment. However, this would not be suitable for large SUVs due to space restrictions. Would definitely stay here again."
