「Absolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. 「A bit out dated but nice area for fireplace during winter overlooking the pool. Rugs need to go in the hallways, they are UGLY! Service was friendly, the rooms are equiped with utensils, fridge, microwave etc and spacious. Hot tub and grills. Recommend」

「Beautiful setting BUT bedding was FILTHY! Looked like human feces. Called front desk & it took 90 minutes for clean bedding. We were expected to change linens ourselves. We are 79 & 80 years old & refused to do that. Teenage males “tried” their best to make the bed. By 11:00PM, we were too tired to complain any longer.」

「因為要去參加Tanglewood 音樂節，所以住宿一晚，離Lexon 約10多分鐘車程的小鎮，不知道是否因為假日又有節目關係，價格很高，我們沒有訂早餐，旅店沒有洗衣設備，一切都還可以，服務人員親切，就是價格偏高」

「A beautiful property in a stunning location. We opted for the cheapest room so I wasn't expecting much, but it was delightful, clean and very comfy. The property itself is home to a really fun bar, which often hosts local bands. It was a real treat to arrive to hear a live band! The breakfast room overlooks the hills - it's the most beautiful setting for dining I've ever come across. And the breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and available if required, but leave you alone to enjoy peace...
