「We checked in to this hotel after a long drive in the rain...it was late. After 10pm there were kids running up and down the halls after 10 and we called the front desk, nobody answered. When asked to please stop running and yelling in the halls their parents confronted us and threatened to smash our face-their words. I approached the front desk fearing for our safety but nobody was there. When I went back to my room the parents continued a shouting match at us. After a few minutes we heard male...

「Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!」

「The price was right -- much cheaper than most hotels today. I stayed there because it was very close to relatives I was visiting unlike other hotels on Route 4. Made for easy visit with little driving on unfamiliar roads. I liked the early 20th century / late 19th century decor and look and feel. Game/community room was small but nice touch. There could be better signage for check in as it's actually the Country Inn at the Jiminy Peak Resort. It was a bit confusing not knowing that.」

「The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize...
