「it was actually a fabulous day, the pool was great. We had a wonderful view. We went and did the inner tube ride, which was really fun going down the river and through the tunnels. I highly recommend that excursion. Duke was a delicious dinner. Kauai is a wonderful island. It's so beautiful and green. The people are very, very friendly. I would definitely go back and stay here again. Everyone at the Sheraton was extremely friendly. Such good customer service. 」

「Nothing can beat the location — right on the beach, where you can hear the ocean from your room! The property has beautiful grounds and a very comfortable bed. It’s not really set up for cooking, though there is a microwave, mini fridge, and some tableware provided. A few items looked like they hadn’t been used or washed in a while. The staff was wonderful, and overall, I would definitely stay here again!」

「Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again.」
