"Expidia listed this as ocean veiw room when we got there it definatly was not messaged managementthey said it was not an ocean front/ or veiw room and should not have been advertised as such sent them screen shots of the listing they said sorry bud dident seem to care..... "Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. "

"We were celebrating our 36th anniversary coming back to Kauai. The apartment in Princeville was great, comfortable and spacious. The only problem was traffic. The building was right off the main road and the first night was really noisy. We made sure windows were closed the second night/much better. The roosters crowing were the only disturbance. "READ BEFORE BOOKING: there is no AC and no ceiling fans. None. They have 3 portable fans that are less than great- you will be hot. We had to take cold showers before bed to sleep comfortably and we are both young. I can’t imagine booking this with someone who is elderly or very young children. We would sit in the car with the AC on at the end of the day because we didn’t want to sit in the muggy room- and we’re from Vegas.
