"Such a beautiful hotel check in process was lovely, rooms interconnecting as requested, staff so absolutely lovely. The pool area is flawless - massive choice of pools, lovely warm water, good food and drink choice round the pool. Also open 24 hours so we went for a starlit float down the lazy river which was magic. We ate at every restaurant - Russell in the main restaurant was the nicest guy ever and made it so special, we loved stevesons library, loved tidepools, loved all the shops - just perfect. Yes it’s expensive but worth it. Thank you for the most perfect end to our stay on your beautiful island. "

"The Kauai Inn was such a pleasant surprise! The accommodations are nice but the greatest experience was the staff. Upon checking in, we were offered pizza that was ordered for the staff. The receptionist then offered us a bottle of wine to be delivered to our room! I cannot exaggerate the hospitality that was shown by the entire staff at the hotel. They provided live music on Friday night and a movie on Saturday. They also provide music on the grounds, so when you're having continental breakfast (provided) or lounging at the pool, you can hear soothing Hawaiian music. This is a hotel we will go back to because of the staff. Such a nice and friendly team!"

"Beautiful property on beach. Great for families. Room had sticky stuff on bathroom counter and the coffee maker was filthy where you pour water. Did not use it. Other than all staff was super nice except for check on. She may have had a bad day. Great location."

"We had a great time in kauai for our wedding anniversary. Liked the property althoug the restaurants in the hotel were pricey. There was no promotion for the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards....we discovered these on the 4th day of our stay"
