「Lovely venue」

「Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks」

「Had a lovely weekend at the Oak Tree Rooms, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Paulina and Bruno were very accommodating and let drop off my bag before check in and leave it there after check out. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of hiking. Would happily recommend this to anyone - especially if traveling by train as it’s very close to the station.」

「The room dropped stars because of the amount of dust. Skirting boards. Extractor fan. Lampshades. The mattress was too soft and was uncomfortable. From the awards 2014-2015 were the glory years. The decor now looks tired. However Martin more than compensates for these deficiencies. His local knowledge enthusiasm and helpfulness are great. The breakfast was very welcome. Limited choice but the produce was fresh and tasty. Off street parking was cramped but the layout works and is free. Eradicate...

「I stayed here because of exhibition, it's walking distance. I love the breakfast the most, and for sure I will come back again next year!」

「Amazing place to stay! Will definitely be booking again when I come back to Hampshire」

「The owner was very hospitable and most welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for more in a place to stay.」
