「welcome from the receptionist , very friendly and accommodating」

「This property is located near the Denver Airport and the staff was superior in the information they provided about navigating all aspects of the airport from shuttle pick up and drop off locations to rent a car locations. The location was clean and the room was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Only issue is one elevator was out of service. Lots of noise from the planes and trains. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
