「Everything was great for the most part. The only thing I will say, and this is just constructive criticism. The shower wasn’t completely cleaned like the track was dirty, and then the shower itself had hair in it and then probably some stuff that could’ve easily been gotten off with a dry erase marker. People at the front desk were polite but it seemed like when you stepped away, the smiles fell and they were giving each other looks about the guests checking in…I just don’t think that is...

「This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again!」

「To keep it short I won’t go into a lot of detail, but overall for the price I paid on Expedia. This was a heck of a deal!! BREAKFAST: From what I read online, the breakfast was award-winning… I did not experience an award-winning breakfast but everything was hot and well tended. Honestly, I would give it a better rating if the coffee wasn’t so terrible but I had to outsource my coffee during our trip because the hotel coffee was awful. Also, there is no access to the lobby or the café until 7...

「This was our second stay at the Savannah House. Enjoyed the breakfast and evening desserts. Staff were very friendly and professional.」

「We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually...

「It's a very dated musty hotel. We ended up not staying both nights we paid for because beds were absolutely horrible. We left and went to a different hotel. The tub was so deep couldn't use it, too difficult to get in and out of.」

「Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard with hot options. The dining area is upstairs with no elevator. Could be an issue for some. Next door to a putt putt golf course so grounds didn't feel crowded like some you see in Branson. Ice cream, cookies and cobbler were a nice treat at night. Close to shows and food without being on the busy main drag. Would stay here again.」
