「Staff extremely helpful and courteous 」

「Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there...

「Room very clean, beds comfy and specious ! don't buy the snack box motel offers.Barely enough for one person (not enough for 2) one tiny small water, one small bag of popcorn, small juice, one snack bar one small pack of peanuts. Coffee packs in the room (unknown brand!) Not very good Coffee in the lobby was good! Staff was very nice! I would stay there again!」

「Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming」

「Staff was great, room was ok, bed was great, but the bathroom smelled like sewage. Instead of fixing the wax seal, someone put caulk around the bottom of the toilet... and did a terrible job」

There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.」
