「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「Okay. So everything was perfect... except that there were serious problems with security. Twice we had people just barge right into our room. On both occasions it was staff and it was clearly some sort of mix-up. But that shouldn't have happened. My wife and I were at various states of undress when this happened and although no one saw us naked, it could have been much worse.
