Our shower didn’t work but otherwise it was very clean and in great shape. The breakfast options were really nice.

During the middle of the night the smoke detector low battery alarm went off. We called the front desk and eventually the beeping was resolved after maintenance was called to replace the battery. It took about 25 minutes to get it done. Unfortunately, after all the commotion I was unable to go back to sleep. The next day when I mentioned the inconvenience and how I was unable to go back to sleep for the rest of the night the hotel staff apologized but didn't offer any other consolation, like a discount or a free night on my next visit. And then on top of not offering compensation for a horrible night's sleep, double-charged me tax. I had to walk back to the front desk to get that adjusted. Definitely not happy with the customer service.

Noone at seak when arrived. Had to call a number and wait. Given a room that was not made up at all. Reassigned to a new room right behind office and under the gym, constant banging. Reassigned again to upstairs . No elevator BTW. Mind you there were 2 other cars in the entire hotel. No cups in BR, hairs on floor, questionable cleanliness. Odd place. Saw 2 people the whole stay .Looks much nicer in photos.

I will DEFINITELY go back!!
A very impressive property. Everything was in brand new condition! Nice new Kuereg machine with lots of flavors to choose from. Soaps and shampoos were way above what’s normally expected. Clean, quiet room!

Great choice
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The customer service was terrific, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and there were so many yummy choices for breakfast. Our dog loved it too!

The staff were great. Only small issue was that the first room we had was not cleaned from the prior guest, but staff was great about fixing the issue.

We were among 3 families that made reservations through Expedia and were overcharged. We were quoted a price of $406 and were billed $453 We pointed out the difference and we were told the problem was Expedia but the would talk to the manager in the morning. Never heard back. Happened to at least 2 other families dropping off college kids. Disappointing. Nice hotel but we won’t go back

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Beyond that, I’ll just say don’t be fooled by the hip branding, it’s a bit like lipstick on a pig. The hotel is quite basic, on par with maybe a Quality Inn or similar. Definitely not worth what they charged for the room. Breakfast was terrible - mostly prepackaged frozen pastries. My daughter is usually not a tough critic on sweets but she said hers tasted like applesauce on bread, and half of it ended up in the trash. No hot options and minimal protein. No elevator so be prepared to lug your suitcase up the stairs if you’re on the second floor. They converted the center courtyard parking lot into an outdoor lounge area with patches of astroturf and picnic tables. S’mores are a nice touch but it was raining the night we were there.

Hotel one75 deserves more than 5 stars
It was an amazing stay, friendly staffs and cleanness. Family friendly, they had games night and they provide ingredients to make your own S'mores. Breakfast was great, they had different choices to pick from. I will definitely book again. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
