「Recent renovation of this property made for a pleasant base for our visit to the Wild. Recommend it for any first time visitores to Tupper Lake.」

「We had a wonderful experience at Motel Long Lake & Cottages! Jennifer and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with people who genuinely care about their guests. We’re already looking forward to returning...

「Loved the quietness, even with a couple of bands on the property. It was well organized. The restaurant on the property was great and food was excellent. The room was cozy. Perfect for our needs and could have fit our whole family. I will visit again!」

「Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip」

「He was so kind and it was beautiful」

「Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.」

「The room was not clean, the towels were not clean, there was no thermostat. so if you were hot or cold, you couldn't do anything about it. I called over 10 times and still haven't received a response. 」

「There was nowhere to hang anything and TV very primitive.」
