"If you are staying in Lake Placid- this Is the place to stay!!! The view over the town and lake were phenomenal!!! Sitting by the firepit with a cocktail and looking over the lake and at the mountains were fabulous! Would stay here 100 times again!"

"We stumbled upon this place a couple years ago and now going in the fall has become an annual tradition. It’s such a fun place with so much to do on-site (pool, mini golf, we love the Brown Swan for dinner, smores kits, etc) and just a short walk into town for delicious coffee at 9 Mile and more good food. We’ve found some great hiking nearby too, and this time saw a bear on our drive up to the Buffalo farm which was an added bonus. The price has increased significantly since we went last year but it seems like they have added live music, more activities and more staff so maybe that’s why. I love it here, it’s my favorite place in the ADKs- I have recommended it to so many people and already booked for next year! "

"We liked our room. I am disabled and found the bed a little high but my husband helped me to get on it. I also have a high bed at home but have a small stool next to the bed to climb in. "
