The hotel is located in a fairly central area. Walking to the central station is an option, and it’s also accessible by metro. Check-in was very easy. All the staff were polite and friendly. There was nothing to criticize about the rooms. The breakfast was above average. I would consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic three nights at Superbude. The hotel has such a great vibe and welcomes everyone. Our 15 yr old daughter thought it was a very cool hotel with lots of quirky, elements. The communal areas were great and we loved spending time each evening playing games and having a drink. The room was a little small with no real area to sit and we I had to swap my bed with my daughter as it was too low for my bad hips. We were able to park at Kauf Land (local super market ) for €20 per night. Very short work and dead easy to get into Hamburg using public transport. Staff were super helpful and we would absolutely recommend families staying there.

If you Expect a luxury hotel, you will be disappointed. But if you need a place to be, a clean room, a good breakfast, very nice guys (employeess) and a good atmosphere and all this for a fair price, this should be your choice. I did enjoy. I will be back.

Good, simple accommodation with family options. The location is not the best being somewhat removed from the heart of Hamburg, but public transportation is pretty accessible. Being next to rail lines means there is some noise all night long, but it was not too obtrusive. Some great amenities like free laundry and fresh bread.

Super nice, open and friendly staff. Our room was cozy and clean. Shampoo and body wash were not available in the room, but could be purchased in the lobby. What impressed me, however, were the free female hygiene products! Definitely recommend!

Nice hotel but very poorly isolated; we could hear everything from our neighbors' bathroom and their crying babies at night... No sign to remind people to watch the use of their towels either... in 2022, it should appear everywhere, we believe...

U-Bahn Haltestelle Berliner Tor in der Nähe mit einem Kaufland. Man kann sein eigenes Essen zubereiten! Sehr tolle Atmosphäre, die Leute waren alle nett. Es gab einen Kinoraum. Spiele im Aufenthaltsraum.

+ viele Möglichkeiten mit Bus und Bahn zu fahren (3 U-linien und 2 S-Bahnlinien) + Nettes Personal + Sauberes Zimmer + Unterhaltungsprogramm bei Regen möglich (wunderschöner Kinosaal, Tischkicker, Darts, Brettspiele, Zeitschriften, Dachterrasse, Fotoautomat) + Kühlschränke mit kalten Getränken +Kaufland direkt ums Eck -Keine Parkmöglichkeiten Wir waren Anfang September dort. Wenn man direkt um 7.00 zum Frühstücken geht hat man keine Wartezeiten. Frühstücksauswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Aber für 1-4 Tage Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend.

Es war sehr heiß in dem Zimmer , die Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen ! Wenn der Ventilator aus kein Licht ! Man kam schlecht ins Bett musste übers fußende krabbeln ! Und kein Fahrstuhl hatten das Zimmer im 2. Stock ! Ich kann schlecht laufen !

sehr bedacht auf umwelt, mitmenschen & soziale projekte. das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, kein schnick schnack - aber auch kein Kasten oä. lüften war nur abends möglich, daher eher stickig und warm - direkt neben der Straße sowie S-Bahn. aber für uns hat es gut gepasst. Frühstück ist tip top, für kids bis 10 jahre gratis!

Das Hotel Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns immer eine höfliche Antwort auf unsere Fragen gehabt. Beim Morgenessen konnte man nach glutenfreiem Brot fragen was sehr gut war. 16€ für das Frühstück ist aber eher viel. Das Zimmer war mehrheitlich sauber, bis unter dem Bett noch Krümel etc. hervorkam. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse welche man wenn das Fenster offen ist sehr sehr gut hört.

Mega hyggeligt sted. Man skal for være opmærksom på hvis man er i bil, at der ikke er parkering. Man kan dog holde tæt på i et indkøbscenter, som koster 20 euro i døgnet. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og utrolig venlige. De hjælper gerne hvis man har brug for det. Som børnefamilie skal man dog lige være opmærksom på, at morgenmaden ikke er egnet til de helt små (vores er 1år) dog købte ved yoghurt og andet han kunne spise i indkøbscentret, som han kunne spise sammen med os om morgenen. Der er også mulighed for at man kan hente mad ude fra og sidde og nyde. Vil klart anbefale det sted. Det er ikke sidste gang Vi kommer.
