We had a perfect stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive when we encountered a small issue that was completely beyond their responsibility. Despite this, they went out of their way to assist us and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made our stay even more pleasant. The best home away from home when visiting Hamburg. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable. Lots of food options at walking distance. I would book here again and again, and again! :)

Hotel is great-Hotel.com posting should be better

At check in, we were told that there were no parking spaces left in the garage since I did no reserve one for my stay, but there was no mention or option to do that on the Hotels.com posting. I ended up having to park down the street at another garage for a higher price. Also, the posting said that there was a coffee shop and deli on property, but when I asked the front desk they said that there used to be there but closed months ago. Everything else was fine with the stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the apartment was large and very good value for the money and located in a great part of town.

Ein Viertel Punkt Abzug würde ich wegen dem Kopfsteinpflaster geben. Was man schon etwas hört aber wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer zur Flussseite in den unteren Etagen sind durch das Kopfsteinpflaster draußen etwas lauter – gerade morgens, wenn Lieferverkehr unterwegs ist. Zum Glück konnten wir ab dem zweiten Tag das Zimmer wechseln. Ab da war der Aufenthalt super angenehm: ruhig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und in toller Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal und alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Würden wiederkommen!
