「Dianne went out of her way to be helpful at all steps of our stay. Great parking facilities, great shower, comfy bed. Everything needed was provided and well thought through. We were able to arrange to collect the keys early as we were due at a wedding and Dianne went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi booking to and from the venue nearby. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.」

「I actually didnt stay at the place i drove home,it was dirty,mouldy,carpet was filthy,the decoration looked like it hadnt been done for years.holes in the walls where brackets had been,smelt of damp,wobbly toilet seat.i sat on the bed a while and started itching.i then decided to drive home.the whole place needs refurbing」
