「We stayed there in the middle of winter(minus 27C). The room was clean, comfortable amd warm. Shower was great. We had 5 deer greet us as we parked the car. We had a great stay」

I would suggest there be another wastebasket & another mirror, besides the ones in the bathroom. Somerset Lakeside Resort is in a stunning location. I look forward to visiting again. 」

「As part of my boyfriend’s 27th birthday this year, I took him to Minden for ice racing. The stay at Dominion Hotel was an absolute gem! We love local inn’s and Dominion checked all of the boxes off. Being it was so cold the weekend we went, the room was so cozy, so warm, and in such a cute part of downtown. We had a blast and even enjoyed a lowkey dinner at the pub below. We loved it and have already planned a summer trip back for fun! 」

「The room was very spacious and clean. The amenities were great as well. It has free breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea anytime of the day. The staff were really helpful and nice. My only comment is the lack of parking space especially during a holiday long weekend where a lot of people are checked in.」

「Where to begin? Clean room, perfect location near the town center, Arrowhead and Algonquin Park, plenty of hot water, wonderful heating, and a smart TV. Beyond all these, the owner/reception manager was very friendly. He even noticed that it was my birthday and gave me a whole cake, accompanied by his wife. Highly recommended!」

「The heater is so noisy and we could hardly sleep. Better avoid stay in the hotel if you want to have a fair sleep.」
