「The hotel amenities and well-prepared. And the hotel is so comfortable and nice-equipped.」

「My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook simple meals and the view of the lake was great. It was super foggy and windy the first night but luckily it cleared up so we could enjoy it. Our only complaint were the beds being as hard as the floor but thankfully there were futon pads available so we put those on the beds and slept fine. The hot tub also worked great and was very relaxing. Also the parking is a little tight to get into. We had a very...

「We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. 」

「Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen」

「We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is...

「Amenities were amazing! The private onsen was a huge draw. In terms of the food, breakfast was a standout; loved it. And the staff were very attentive! Thank you Fujiwara-san!」

「yes easy for parkikng」

「Wonderful Stay in Hakone! The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Facilities are excellent, including a Dyson hairdryer and a Bruno hot pot cooker. If you’d like to have a BBQ, just let the host know in advance. The host is very...
