This hotel with Onsen was gorgeous. Our family of 4 had a great time. The buffet dinner and breakfast was yummy. The Onsen was clean and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Disappointing. Booked as a treat. Not met by any staff on arrival. Instead staff wanted times for dinner and breakfast … insistent on both before we had even been taken to room.
