First time at an Onsen
As a first time experience at an Onsen, it sure was a treat. A very nice and cozy place, with a helpful staff and great amenities. A bit hard to find at first (a single door at the end of a parking lot), but once you find your way it is a great little place for relaxation and Onsen baths. The spacey lounge (where you eat and socialize) was really beautiful and tastefully decorated, and also housed a fully equipped kitchen where you could cook your own food. If you are up really early (6 am) you can enjoy a very relaxing hot bath all by yourself. A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad to know that you really enjoyed your stay and the very first time experience at Onsen. We are reopened as guesthouse last year but it has very long history about for 500 years so you could feel Japanese historical atmosphere at the lounge or Onsen. If you would like to feel about it, please come back here in the near future. We look forward to seeing you again!

友人同士ではしゃぐには楽しいホテル
友人4人と六号室に宿泊。 4人には十分すぎる広さで、内装も新しく清潔感は抜群です。部屋にユニットバスがついていますが、共用のトイレも清潔なので、特に水回りの心配はないと思います。個室タイプの部屋に宿泊すれば、アメニティや部屋着(甚平のような服)はもともとついているようです。 キッチンのある共用ラウンジでは、豆からコーヒーを入れることができたり、コンビニで買ってきたお菓子をつまみながら談笑したりできます。 けん玉が成功すると瓶のラムネが安くなるチャレンジなども行われており、友人同士や子どもづれには楽しい場所だと思います。 温泉もリノベーションされており、清潔感があります。 閑散期の宿泊で広々と設備を利用できましたが、繁忙期になると多少の狭苦しさを感じるかもしれません。カプセルホテル型の部屋数が多いため、通常の旅館やホテルより、宿泊キャパシティに対して建物が小さく感じました。六号のような広い個室に宿泊できればプライベートな空間も広く保てますが、カプセルホテル型の部屋や少し小さめの部屋に宿泊し、ラウンジや温泉でのんびりするという滞在を考えていると、狭さや騒がしさが気になるかもしれないです。 アクセスに関してはバス停が目の前にあり、非常に便利です。駅から徒歩だと、歩道の 狭さや坂道で危なさ・歩きにくさは多少あると思います。車かバスでのアクセスがおすすめです。

この度は、数ある施設の中から当施設にご宿泊頂き誠にありがとうございます。 また、お褒めのお言葉、並びに満点評価を頂きましたこと、重ねて御礼申し上げます。 お部屋だけでなく、ラウンジのご利用また、けん玉へのチャレンジと当施設を十分に楽しんで頂けましたこと大変嬉しく思います。 お客様のおっしゃる通り、閑散期や平日には、開放感もあり心ゆくまで温泉等を堪能していただくことができます。 また、繁忙期には多くの方がラウンジのご利用をされることもございますが、お客様同士のコミュニケーションが広がるなど、また違った楽しみ方もできるかと思います。 交通機関に関しましては、今回は昨年の台風被害により箱根登山鉄道が運休中ではございましたが、本来であれば歩いて10分から15分の距離に駅もあり、次回は観光の幅を広げていただけるかと思います。 また、箱根にお越しの際はお気軽にお立ち寄りくださいませ。 スタッフ一同心よりお待ち申し上げております。

快適な温泉旅行
部屋は広々としていて、ベッドも快適でした。 部屋に鏡があるとなお良いと思います。 スタッフの方は皆んな感じが良く、親切でした。
