地點好，設備簡單，適合背包客。

入住的時候發現原本預訂了兩間房間，但旅館方面只接到一間房的訂單。雖然語言不通，但老闆老夫婦仍積極幫我們處理，加上當天同住旅客的翻譯下(大感謝)，順利的解決了這個問題。 房間不大，但都相當乾淨。住宿的二樓有浴室、廁所各一間，因為房間不多，所以使用上沒有太壅擠的問題，洗澡的話，後來全家去了谷地頭溫泉，相對舒服許多。 二樓還有廚房和冰箱可以使用，還有洗衣機和烘乾機，也是免費的，相當貼心。 這裡最棒的是離金森倉庫和元町公園很近，步行的話大概10分鐘左右的距離。前面就有地面電車，也有車站(大町)，可以附近的飯店買一日券(約500日元)，就可以搭地面電車到各大景點了。 如果是自駕的話，飯店雖有停車場，但一天要500日元的停車費，在入住的時候就會收取，停車場也不在旅館旁。入住後老闆會提醒你將行李卸下(旅館旁的藥妝店有很大的停車場，藥妝店沒有退稅，有點可惜)，然後帶你去停車場。 早起的人可以從旅館走路到教會群，九點以前八幡坂的美景都可獨享。

Toilet /bath room capacity is not good enough

When I stayed, there were 20 guests but only two toilets and one of them is Japanese style. Only one bath tub/shower that is not good enough for the number of guests they are accepting. Tatami mat only and there is no chair in the room. TV receptin is very bad. Price is too high for the service they provide.

安くて親切

12月中旬に宿泊しました。大雪で電車の遅れにより深夜1時過ぎのチェックインにも関わらず、ご丁寧に対応いただきました！！ 部屋も事前に暖房を入れていただき、幼児の子連れだったので助かりました。 とても感謝です。

首先必須說唯一的優點是老夫妻很溫和很禮，但其他的真的還好~~ 因為多帶了9與8歲的小孩，同一間房間加價3000元，Hotels上訂的免費停車變成自費停車，因為老夫妻不會英文，使用翻譯軟體一來一往花了20分鐘，就算了，就自己花錢停車了。 另外房間真的很小，浴室在外頭也超小的，未使用過的棉被上還有毛髮，因為兩個老人家自己清潔的，想想也算了，所以結論是如果有多帶小孩真的很不划算，不如住飯店心建議。

函館マラソンの期間のため、通常では考えられない価格でした。他が満室だったため予約をしました。スタッフの対応は普通でしたが、それ以外は残念でした。長期滞在の方にはおすすめです。

語言不通

房間靠近市電!走路2分鐘即可到達!附近有元町跟紅森倉庫群的景點!還有小丑漢堡(函館名產?)!房間的廁所跟洗手檯距離也太遠了吧??二樓可以煮食,可是樓梯太陡,爬樓梯很恐怖喔!房東是一對老夫妻~check in是說英語的可是之後房東太太一直跟我說日語(聽不懂啦!!)
