Close to train, bus and tram options. Good supply of local brochures in multi-languages. Staff very attentive and friendly, easy check-in and out, plenty of front office staff. Great breakfast buffet. Overall very pleasant stay

The hotel is fairly new. It is Stones Throw from the train station. Just beyond the train station is the morning market in Hakodate. And nearby there is a nice walk along the waterfront Esplanade. Adjoining the hotel is a Yokocho or shopping dining area. There is also dining and coffee shop in the train station. So it’s very convenient.

Great location right next to the JR station. Lawson convenience store and 7-11 nearby. Good eats and shopping. Close to Hakodate market and walking distance to Red Brick Warehouse. Comfortable hot springs

The hotel is next to the station, a one minute walk. The staff were kind and helpful and the Hakadote is an amazing place to visit. I highly recommend this place.

Conveniently located next to the Hakodate train station and bus station, with views of the ocean as well as mountains! Clean and comfortable. Also connected to a little strip mall with eateries, gift shop, and Lawsons.

The onsen is great and size of the room is ok from Japanese standard. Washroom and bathroom is separated and is clean. If there is more hangers (only 4 for a double room) will be more convenient for travellers to hang up the stuff.

The staffs are super helpful, even though I don't speak Japanese, they are really friendly and try to answer all my questions. The room is really comfortable, they have a Osen on site in the building, which is really nice!

Excellent hotel just outside the Hakodate JR Station Very spacious room, restaurants and convenient store just downstairs Nicely located for a visit of Hakodate on-foot (Red Brick warehouse is about 10min walk away) or nearby region (eg. Lake Onuma which is an hour away by train)

This hotel is clean, quiet and has onsen(at level 2). Rooms for improvement, propose the hotel to provide bottles of drinking water, a box of tissue in their guest rooms, a bigger dustbin in the toilet and free car parking.

This place is in a perfect location, at the train station, close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is amazing and the breakfast buffet was the best. We loved it so much we stayed another night.

The hotel is near to train station and the bus loop, so it is very convenient to take train or go around the city. Also near to famous seafood market and the port. Very good hotel and the place.

Hakodate Vacation
Hotel was great! Steps away from the Hakodate JR station and there is a Lawsons connected to the hotel. Hotel is part of a complex with shopping and eateries. Would definitely recommend this hotel! And there is an onsen which is an added bonus!

The location is very convenient - close to JR Station , Fish Market & Taxi. Rooms are cleaned & comfortable. We stayed 2 nights & were allocated a room on the top floor facing the water which was excellent, however there might be nests on the roof that you could hear sounds coming from birds at night. The onsen was a bonus. Overall it was a wonderful stay

My Hakodate stay @ La'gent
Hotel.com stated that I can have 2 hours late checkout because of my GOLD STATUS. However, upon check-in they requested ¥2,000 IF I needed that 2 hours. I did not opt for it as my train to Sapporo @ 13:15. The LOCATION was great with less than 5 minutes to the Central Trains Station. The bed mattresses were SOFT. Not very comfortable to lie on. Cleanliness and quiet ambience were there. Overall will be perfect if the mattresses were harder. Another plus point, it takes only 10 minutes walk to the Morning Market.

처음 하코다테 와서 묵었던 호텔입니다. 룸에서 편안하게 머물렀구요. 욕실도 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 무엇보다도 조식이 여태껏 일본 여행하면서 좋았습니다. 프론트 데스크에 한국어 직원분들도 있었구요. 첫날만 날씨가 좀 아쉽긴 했지만… 다음번에 오면 아마도 여기로 예약할 것 같습니다.
