全10部屋のホテルですので、チェックイン・チェックアウトも混雑することがありません。ホテルのスタッフも皆様大変に丁寧で、臨機応変にカスタマーの要望に対応していただけるので、ありがたい存在です。フロントカウンター横には、函館市内外の情報誌やマップ等が豊富に揃っておりますので、観光情報への対応も万全な印象を受けました。
お食事は朝食のみいただきましたが、心のこもった、おいしい朝ごはんでした。連泊の方には、毎朝のメニュー内容が変わりますし、また食物アレルギーや苦手な食材についても対応してくださいました。
函館滞在時の定宿として、またお世話になりたいです。"
