「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」

「We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. 「Fantastic room and a great location. Free on site parking was super convenient. The room had a natural wood ceiling, beautiful tile and a private balcony. Plenty of close places to eat and centrally located. I loved this place.」

「The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. 」

「The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning.
